The choir bell notes are labeled incorrectly. Do(C.) actually plays Re(D), Re(D) plays Me(E), etc. The scale is labeled as C-C but is actually D-D.

Do you mean the Unbreakable Choir Bell or the one in the mini game?
As far as I know, it has always been shifted one note, which would be a dorian scale. But I never paid attention to the labels of the notes to be honest…
