As the topic states, there are times when you receive a ruined log while chopping down a tree. I’ve been observing this rather unusual issue and it often happens when you get 2 wood pieces in one hit with the help of the the WvW bonus. One wood piece is normal, the other is ruined. See screenshot below.

P.S.: Possibly also related to the issue posted at https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Black-Lion-Minning-Pick-Ruined-ore-chunk . However, I was not under attack at that time, so that’s not a possible explanation!

Yes that is my Post. however if you could get the screenshot while mining action is happening they may further prove that this is indeed a bug. so far no answer to whether or not its a confirmed bug by anet. Im fine if they merge all the ruined material into one post [Merg] just so this can be attended to and to be fixed.
