Made a Mesmer, went into HOT and tried to get into using all of the awesome new skills and ran into a wall. Not only was the shield apparently “unusable by your profession” but I couldn’t even access the trait line available. The skills were also not available in the pop up menu to select from. I could see all of these things in the UI but the menu for selecting them didn’t show them as an option. I deleted it and started a new one without issue, but I could see this being a problem on a well established character.
