I just finished Chuka and Champawat. /roar
1) Question (or maybe a bug?):
In the Tiger Den instance, sometimes the glowing gold spirits of Chuka and Champawat appear on the cliff above watching the tiger cubs below. And sometimes they’re not there. Is their appearance random? Is there something I have to do or interact with to make them appear? How should this work?
2) Bug: Entry 13, Lesson: Way of the Jungle, in Chuka and Champawat IV: Tiger Training Guide – “Complete the Noble Crash Site meta-event in Verdant Brink…” Sometimes the quest to rescue the nobles gets stuck on 6/7 nobles. The final noble (a woman, can’t recall which) gets up to the waypoint and gets stuck, so the Tiger Training Guide can’t be completed. It took me all weekend to find a Verdant Brink map with this event chain functioning correctly.
Finally, I must say: Thank you thank you thank you for this heart-melting story. This may be the most satisfying and rewarding story I’ve experienced in the entirety of the Guild Wars franchise. I started it just to tinker around and explore, but had to finish it because I felt like the world would be out of balance until I set things right. Gaming doesn’t get any better than that for me. Thank you for that gift.
(I would love to know who is responsible for this story, and what other story arcs that person/team is responsible for so I can play those as well. Is there a way to communicate that to me?)
