Hello there!

Today I made a cuple of run inside the dungeon “Citadel of Fire”:

*First Run (Path #2) gave me the right amout of Silver, Exp and Karma … but just 6 Tokens (instead of 60).

*Second Run (Path #1) gave me the right amount of Silver, Exp and Karma … but just 30 Tokens (instead of 60).

Both runs were my first in day.

Posting to let you know this bug (if it is a bug really) and to know if I can be refunded of my tokens.

I’ve got the same problem but with Crucible of Eternity: it gave me 45 Tokens instead of 60. Need a refund aswell.

Do we deserve an answer atleast?

As far as I know there is no way for Anet to make items in the live build for security reasons, while it is unforunate that you encountered a bug doing a dungeon they have no way to give refunds.

same here i just did AC path 1 about an hour ago which is my first run of the day and it only gave me 30 tokens, 13s, 940 karma which is 50% of everything. I want my refund. Imagine if i did Arah and spend like 2hrs+ in there and because of a bug i only got 50% of the tokens that would have been unfair..please fix this bug asap Anet..the rewards for dungeons are already little and having bugs that penalize players is just unacceptable.

Same problem, I also got 6 Tokens only.

Now I don’t need those tokens anymore, but i’ll up the tread everyday because I think we deserve un answer, no matter wich.

I assume you ran the MK dungeon prior? It caused DR on all dungeons.

yeah, is that supposed to be a bug or it’s just normal and unfair?
