I wanted to redo this step of the story when a notice appeared requiring me the exalted markings mastery to continue. Notices are welcome, especially when they now what one already has.
I got the exact same problem, tried to earn some achievements, but can’t redo it because it says I need to earn my Exalted Markings Mastery to continue, which I already have since I already completed the expansion.
This happened to me, but after I traveled to Rata Sum and back I had the egg on my back and mission ready to go.
