Whenever the “Clarion Bond” Trait triggers on pet swap, it casts the “Call Of The Wild” horn skill, giving out boons to allies.
The problem here is that my pet, which I just swapped into, is getting not a single boon from it. No might. No Fury. No swiftness. Nothing.
That is most probably because the Horn skill is getting cast before the pet is swapped, nullifying the effects for the new pet.

I asked earlier in the ranger class forum if this was intentional and it seems like a new bug, since some people stated that this occurs only since the last patch.

I may have to had this statement, from my original post, concerning “Vigorous Training” aswell, since it seems to function similar:

At this point, I’m not sure what to call it. An oversight? Intentional? Feels like the pet not receiving the boons with Fortifying Bond might be a bug.

As for the pet receiving the boon(s) itself, it might be intentional since Vigorous Training works the same way. I’d like to note your pet does not gain vigor through Fortifying Bond as well.
