On two occasions out of three Jormag completions I’ve received no reward or chest.
This seems to be in relation to the recent patch, as I didn’t have this problem before.

Are you sure you didn’t do it on same day? Jormag chest is a daily reward. Also make sure you did hit and actually fight, AFK people won’t get reward (i think).
