I can confirm this, this event has been bugged for a few days on Gandara.

Bugged on Jade Quarry too.
Despaired Ranger: Crafted The Dreamer, lost range, lost GS condi damage for synergy.
Pet AI awful. Sword root+Aussie latency unmanagable. Lost playstyle, lost legendary, given up.

No it is not fixed. Bugged again on Augury rock.
Actually most of bugged things get reset not fixed. So they come up again…
