Ever since the Tequatl Rising patch, Claw of Jormag keeps his wings in phase 2. Presumably, if the event is failed due to the timer introduced in this patch, this is so that he can fly off.

TL;DR it’s an intentional change, nothing wrong with your client or PC.

There are a lot of threads on forum telling that Frostgorge Sound has some bug, even has been looking empty on past days.. I haven’t seen it happening on Seafarer’s Rest server though.
