Location: Fields of ruins

the chain of events it stuck at the ‘’escort the vanguard supplies’’ part. Kestra in in between the 2 destinations with no bull, and she wont move. The event can be triggered at both ends, but since Kestra wont move, nothing is happening.

Why simplify things when its so easy to complicate them ?

It’s useful to also use the in-game `/bug` tool, and check the “blocking progress” flag on it. While those reports don’t get a response, they do go to the anet team who are responsible for — among other things — diagnosing and prioritizing these issues.

The more reports of blocking progress they get, the more they are likely to bump it up the priority tree, because people are getting stuck enough to complain, y’know?

I was able to work around the problem by going in and out of the zone until i got a fresh map.
Use the /ip command to get the IP of the bug map.
walk out the zone and go back in.
Use the /ip command again to see if you got a fresh map.

I was lucky and only had to do that for 10 mins, but this need to be fixed for real, we should not have to find work around the stuff you are not fixing.

-.-

Note: /ip tells you the IP of the server running the map instance, and while it is usual that different map instances end up running on different servers, it is absolutely possible that one server runs multiple instances of the map.

I’d suggest checking for the event itself, rather than relying on /ip, to determine if it’s a new instance.
