Clicked "Preview" item - Buys item
Are you using a Razor mouse by chance? Their garbage mice are famous for registering a single click as a double.
Happened to me this morning. Been playing since BWEs and have NEVER had a single instance of accidentally purchasing something while trying to preview an item.
I had the same thing happen to me with gloves for karma. Thought I was just stupid (wouldn’t be the first time g) and accidentally clicked twice when I was using the preview, but after reading this I’m sceptical. As the gloves only were about 2000 karma, I didn’t care that much, but it’s still annoying.
So my question: Is this a real bug and should I create a ticket as well?
edit: I’m using a logitech G600, not a razor mouse. It sometimes just makes large movements up/down the y axis after which I end up staring at the sky or ground (which usually screws my AOE placement up quite a bit), but at least I’ve never noticed multiple clicks registering

I filed an in-game bug report because it was the only “ticket” or “claim” if could find within the UI. Is there any other course of action that a player can utilize for a refund of this bogus transaction?

You dont get a response from the in game filing system. It says that right in the report form. I doubt theyre even read most of the time.

You are missing the point………
The two easiest ways to communicate with a customer is going to be through their own website (forums/PM what have you) or through an in-game mail or message. The next easiest way is by the registered email address on the account that filed the ticket. I have received no response from any of these possible communication lines, it doesn’t have to be via forum post or in-game, those are just two possibilities, but thanks for your help =p
