When I launch the game I my patcher goes a bit then it eventually goes to 0kb/s. But i am not worried about that, I have downloaded enough where it should let me play. But I click play and it goes

then gets stuck there every time. And the launcher download thing for windows in the bottom of my screen turns red. Wtf is going on?
