After the seals on the legs are broken on the giant guy, on the path up, the first air vent that blow the player off the path is bugged. I was blown off and fell all the way to the very bottom of the map and died instantly. I wasn’t return to the last check point, there was no way to get back to the group.

A bit late but this isn’t a bug. That’s working as intended.

I doubt it. This happened to us too. What happens is… most people blown off by the gargoyle will land in a place where the others can run back down and revive them. Sometimes, someone will be blown off, land defeated and is invisible to the rest of their party.
In that case, their dot appears WAY out of the map area in a place that would not be reachable no matter what.
This seems like a bug.
If it’s as intended, then it’s really bad design.
