Guild Wars 2

This has happened twice for us now. We got to the end of the cliffside fractal and when the boss is supposed to drop the hammer and kill the chanters we did it twice and on the third time the hammer never dropped. we went through about 3 spawns of chanters/novices and the boss stayed invulnerable and the hammer never returned. We had to quit and lost all progress. This was in a 22 fractal

Not sure if after winter patch this got worst/did change, but this used to happen when people tryed to get the hammer too fast after the boss drops.

(A.K.A. Spamming F where the boss is before it drops the hammer)

I suppose if someone had the fall damage trait and some snowfall runes they could make his/her way down the level and talk to the guy at the bottom who gives the hammer when you lost it, then run it back up.
