So yeah…. this just happened. Took a few screenshots.
This happened after the new patch. Changing video settings won’t solve anything.

This seems like your graphic card problem, not the game. I would check the temperature of it, first of all, maybe it has some overheating problem. Other than that, I can only recommend to update the drivers, maybe this will help.
