Cloaking Waters
Broken mechanic in WvW. Who could have seen this coming? /s
We put the Cloaking Waters on SMC tonight, and even though the fountains all said cloaking waters on them, we never got the buff. We tried standing in them, running through them, sitting in them…is this bugged?
