From the patch log: "Summoned creatures and pets can no longer draw aggro from enemies that have not already aggroed on their master."

This is still broken, at least for mesmer clones created by dodging (deceptive evasion trait).
Reproducing is easy: attack any mob to get in combat and then dodge next to any other non-hostile mob. The clone will attack and aggro it. See screenshots.

This is counterintuitive and annoying and can also be dangerous when it happens next to those veteran tree mobs capable of immobilizing you forever for example.

/e: yeah, Oakhearts I guess.

I can confirm this. It’s especially annoying when you’re fighting in World versus World and the Clone that appears ends up attacking an Ambient Rabbit or something and then disappearing immediately, or even worse ends up attacking the previously mentioned tree monsters (Veteran Oakhearts, most likely?) while you’re trying to dodge away from something else, causing you to get immobilized.

Come on… that’s stupid. Plus the clone even runs in the wrong direction when you’re shattering!
