This was supposed to be fixed with the April 30 update:

Summoned creatures and pets can no longer draw aggro from enemies that have not already aggroed on their master.

Unless ANet just hates mesmers, it still isn’t fixed for clones created by deceptive evasion (clone created on dodge), they always attack the nearest target even if it’s a critter or yellow mob.

If you dodge the moment your target dies, the clone generated will also aggro and attack mobs that are far way. When it attacks a critter, it instantly dies because the critter instantly dies. When you shatter, the clone runs to its target instead of the player’s target.
Could this finally be fixed or do we have to wait for another six months just like with iZerker?
