Hi, I have 1 skill point left to 100% world completion.
I need the skill point from CoE. I explored the whole map before, but did not complete the skill point at CoE because it was bugged and the npc did not spawn.
I thought it was fix, but now it seems that I I cannot enter the CoE area, as the meta quest does not want to spawn. I waited at the spawn location for an hour, and no quest to open CoE ever spawned.
Is this is a bug? Can the door to CoE be opened. Please just set the CoE waypoint and dungeon to contested and leave the doors open. I really want to finish my 100% world completion pls.
