After killing the final boss, but before the little chest in the bottom corner of our screen popped up, 3/5 of my pug group got kicked out of the instance randomly. We weren’t ported to the usual location you end up after finishing the dungeon. Instead, we got ported to the sky and dropped down into some waters. We didn’t crash so I can’t really provide much more information I don’t think :S

That is the experimental teleporter that you guys went through before you got the chest, the falling from the sky into the water is normal for that. Your best bet is to not go up the steps at all once you beat Subject Alpha until you get your chest.
