On dragonbrand the event to uncontest CoF is not working, the npc Raizen the Raider is stuck right before the bridge part where we make the last stand.

Here to confirm this. Razen’s events won’t start and he stays at the bridge. It says the ash legion has control of the area but both the waypoint and dungeon remain contested
