I had originally purchased all the expanders possible to max out at 1k. Now today it is announced we can expand to 1500, and with all this bloodstone dust and empyerial fragments I wanted to up it again to free up some more bank space. I went to the gem store and it says I have purchased all the possible expanders but I haven’t bought the 2 that just opened up today.

Same issue here, and the new lion arch scene dont start either, just another polished patch.

I can’t gift that item, and even if it was, can’t get it back because it is account bound when received (if that is what you were considering as a possibility.)

… I can’t purchased the expanders aswell, instead i wrongly bought 2 bank tab expansios (accound bound), but i allready max out my bank tabs. so its useless what should i do now? possible get refound?

WOW, so they let you buy bank tabs but not expanders when you were maxed? That looks like the problem right there! They put the additional on the wrong gem store item!

The gem store isnt actually part of the game either, so code developers for the game dont have as much interaction with the gem store, which is actually a browser accessed inside of the game. So it’s probably a mixup on the html.

edit: Just checked and it looks like they fixed the collection expander limit.
