I have equipped and recycled at least two Dark Asuran Mace, and where it has unlocked the skin in the wardrobe, the item stays blocked in the collection.

The support sent me another Dark Asuran mace but it doesn’t change anything, the skin is already unlocked but the item in the collection stays blocked.

I’ll just bump this, my collection is still blocked.

Just curious, were you in a custom arena when you opened the skin the first time?

I opened the Arah Axe skin after my guilds pvp event and it behaved just like the mace you are describing here. We’ve sent in support tickets and bug reports.

Honestly I can’t remember. Glad I’m not the only one with a similar problem.

I update this post, I’ve found another problem with my collections. I have unlocked the Occultist Flame skin (I got the Torch from a Champ Bag), and again it hasn’t counted it in the collection tab. Highlighted in red.

Monthly bump of this very annoying bug.

I’m struggling with similar issue for over 4 months, missing Dark Asuran Speargun in collection tab, every skin unlocked in the wardrobe. And SE is last collection I need to get my Dungeoneer collection done… Maybe if there are more people like us they’ll have to do something about this bug.

And again, monthly bump for this, still blocking my access to ~200g of rewards.
