I have all the boxes checked in the combat log, but there are no entries at all for damage that I’ve taken. So I get killed, check the combat log to see what killed me, and there is nothing that indicates I took any damage.

Unchecking and re-checking the boxes seems to fix the problem (at least temporarily), so it appears that something happens that gets the checked boxes out of sync with what is actually being displayed.

I submitted an in-game ticket for this, so this post if FYI if anyone else has this problem.

Just to check, when you say you have all checkbox checked, do you mean also the Combat option as well all the ones in submenu? Even if all checkboxes are checked in the submenu, you won’t get any entry if the main option, Combat, is unchecked.

If that’s the case you have all them and it still doesn’t work, my suggestion would be to trash out that chat tab and make a new one. Usually doing so fixes chat glitches.
