Guild Wars 2

I had 4 commander tags before the patch. I used them on my Thief, one of my guardians, my warrior and my necro. I waited a week thinking the 100 gold I would get from the refund would eventually show up. It didn’t. 3 copy paste responses from Customer support later they are telling me that there is no way they can actually review my in game information to confirm or deny that I received my 100 gold or not. They can only conclude that I was “ineligible.” I was then told to file an in game bug report and to post here regarding the issue. I am not the only one saying they did not get refund.

I think they probably meant to post in Account Support if on the forums at all.

@Franke: post your request for escalation in the sticky thread for unresolved issues older than 3 days. Michael Henninger (taking over for Gaile Grey) will make sure someone follows up for you.
