The basic situation is, we as a guild raised up 100 Gold in order to buy the Command Title.
At first 1 member was going to be the commander, but we decided on a vote that another member should have the title instead.

The member that originally had the 100 Gold couldnt withdraw it from the guild bank, so we mailed it to him. We believe your ingame coding prevents new accounts from having access to that much gold as a defense against gold traders (and its great you have features like that). His account is only 25 days old. However we arent gold traders, just some guildies trying to get commander title lol. :)
However, from mailing it to him, he could accept the gold. He just can’t send it back, or deposit it to the guild bank. -The system seems a tad broken lol.

Not exactly sure how you can contact us about this situation, however we’ve sent emails and tried phoning you about this dilemma we are in.

The id of the player with the 100gold is Jophfy.3479 and the id of the player who we voted should have it is Fatalkill.2846 and everyone has agreed upon these transactions.

The reason I am typing this up is because for some reason the first time anyone tries logging onto this forum they get an error code for a day or two.

What I am asking is, what is a method to contact you about an issue like this?
Is this the only way to do so, if it is even a correct method?

and lastly, if his account is to young to be able to trade 100gold, how long would we have to wait for him to be able to do so if you cant help us out.

I don’t mean any offense to you or your guildmates, but are you absolutely positive that this is an actual mechanic and not just the guy pulling a fast one over on you for 100g that he was originally poised to receive but now suddenly has to give it to someone else?

^ My thoughts too. I’d be concerned about that.

I know in the guild I represent only officers can withdraw from the Guild Bank, but it seems a bit odd that they can’t send money.

I might create a low level character for kicks and giggles and see if the mailing option does get suppressed, and if so, what is the maximum of gold per level.

On an only slightly related note my guild did the same thing saved up 100 gold to get someone the commander title for the large group function and other features but after we got it we were not happy with the way it worked out. So not sure exactly why you guys are after it but you might want to do some more research to make sure it will do what you are wanting it to.
