Guild Wars 2

Now on my second commander tag and it still won’t reliably toggle when giving me the commander buff.

This problem has been persistent over the last 2/3 months on Devanuze. When i bought my new tag for Moose this evening it won’t even toggle once.

Seems to be a similar issue to this:
