FINISHED NOT A BUG!!
You just need to kill the hatchlings on the land behind it (with the grubs) then you trigger the heroic drake blood and can fight it. (kill both hatchlings first so you can focus on the heroic drake only)

Hmm i’m having trouble with this one, too, on Jade Quarry. I think it’s bugged for me, but I’ll try your advice and see if it finally works… It’s the last skill point on that zone that I need.

I’ve checked 4 days in a row in that area and still nothing. However, another player said they were able to get it while in the overflow. Haven’t tried that though. I suppose we can enjoy a nice dip in the hot springs while we wait for a fix.

Confirming as of 09/26/12 that pistrix is still bugged; he’s flagged as friendly and can’t be aggressed.

Skill Challenge: not sure what the task is since there is literally nothing there (not even like where the map shows the quest but the thing to kill is just gone), but it is supposed to be in one of the first areas, between persuit pass and Fields of Gold. Where the BLTC, Waypoint, Vista, POI, and Skill Challenge, armor repair and scout are all in one camp area

I had 1 skill point bugging in 3 different places… How ever I just switched home world and all 3 worked for me right away.

Black Ice 4444 at the Inquest Outer Complex still not spawn and the text for Black Ice 4444 is all that pops up.

- Brisban Wildlands, Thaumacore Inquiry Center
- I just walzed into Thaumacore and got the POI & Skillpoint without even seeing any hostile mobs. An event is currently running “Help UNIT find and destroy the Inquest” plus breaking Wistt out of an Inquest holding cell. Wistt and UNIT are just standing around within the base and there are no Inquest respawning.

NPC was DOA for a while and not re-spawning (and could not be revived). Now he’s missing entirely.
