I’ve been known to lose out on “100% drops” before though. If anyone has played Dark Souls… Ya know Havel’s Ring? Didn’t get it.

If you’ve already done the SB event in the last 24 hours I’m afraid you won’t get the chest again. It’s a new feature from Anet. Enjoy!!

They increased rare loot drops. But made it so the chest could only be opened once per day on one character to balance it or something? Oh and to spread people across the maps and do other bosses.

You can still do it once per character per day though, I believe.
