I have submitted a support ticket on this and received no reply so far. I completed the first boss of the third raid wing last week but my Mastery track did not unlock. I got loot and the achievement just fine, but my FT mastery is not activating.
While I wait for support, does anyone have any insight as to what might have gone wrong? It took me ages to get into a group that was successful and I do not look forward to doing it again.

The first unlock has periodically been bugged — same thing happened to me. I believe they have “fixed” it one, except that same release bugged it for a different boss.
I don’t think support is able to do anything, because I don’t think they have the tools to manually trigger the flag that says you have the mastery track unlocked. Please let us know if you find out anything different — I might try to get mine retroactively.
Still no reply from support on this. I’m going to try a second run tonight. Hope it opens up, finally.

As I stated in the first post, I have submitted a support ticket, not a bug report. Automated support response was received, but nothing since. I have searched these forums high and low for information and come up with nothing. I do not need Account Support troubleshooting.
