Condition Damage hard cap
Can you provide screen shots of the different downscaled dungeons with the gear swapped out?
I have a full rabid set as well, and would be happy to see if this is in fact, yet another condition damage issue.

When I use a major and a superior sigil of bursting in Honor of the Waves I only need 1 armor piece to reach the cap.
So ANet still ignores this…
Hey ANet why just not remove condition damage completely from the game and force everyone into power??? Like you said you work on a way for condition damage to trigger on buildings… Nothing happens…
I wonder what the hard cap on power is under those circumstances?
