did anyone notice that condition duration stuff is broken after patch? (ie lyssa, givers, nightmare runes etc…)

yes, there are a few threads on this. However, Giver’s condition duration has been broken since it was released. Kinda sad to release a new stat to a weapon and not fix it at release.
