Guild Wars 2

Getting poisoned, etc, and no debuff icon for conditions on my character. This has been happening since latest patch.

I have experienced this as well – taking damage with no indication as to the source, too far away from mobs for it to be physical, since latest patch, especially true with mobs that come out of present boxes.

I discovered the issue I was having was a client sized temporary bug. Reloading the client resolved the issue.
