Dear Support Team,

I have bought “Golden Relic of Rin” Accessory at Guild Commendation Trader NPC. The same item I have bought some time ago at WvW laurel NPC. For some reason I cannot equip it. Is it because I can’t have two the same items? Why the vendor is not informing about it? Now I have lost 5 gold and 12 Guild Commendations. Please could give me the possibility to retrieve back the money so I can buy something else? The item is completely useless for me now I could also exchange it for “Durmand’s Pen” item.

The item description tells you that it’s unique and can’t equip more than 1.
