Mesmers scepter 3 skill
This is a pretty huge problem as it makes scepter bad for high prec builds and on crit sigils. I would also like to see greatsword 4 Phantasmal berserker nerfed as it’s pretty much an I win button right now. Also it looks like the rune of the eagle bug is back, but I am sure you guys are repatching it after this months patch cheers and see you guys in game.

On crit food with scepter is also a waste.

It really kills the synergy you get from dps stats/builds plz fix.
