Stone Sheath doesn’t apply bleeding every time you cast it.
It will always block an attack but when I use it as fast as possible (instanlty after the
cooldown), it will only apply bleeding every second time I use it.
So it is either bugged or has a cooldown for the bleeding effect which is not mentioned in the skill description and as far as I know this would be the first weapon skill that cannot apply it’s effects every time it is ready.
PS: As a conjurer, I love the changes and buffs you gave to the shield and the bow. The shield is now a great choice between those weapons. And the new condition display is awesome! Keep on the great work!
