This is a new bug, as of the 12/14 patch. I use the Sigil of Hydromancy on my staff (freeze nearby enemies on weapon swap). The sigil only procs in combat, and when summoning a conjured weapon, the sigil will activate and it will not place the weapon in my hands.

I tried it with my daggers which do not have the sigil, and I tried it when I was not in combat with staff. Only when the sigil effect procs, would the conjured weapon not appear in my hands.

As you can see in the screenshot, I have the effects of the frost bow on my character, but I do not have the frost bow itself.

I have the same problem as the poster above.
When the sigil of hydromancy/geomancy activates, the summoned weapon is lost.
It is obviously broken. Please fix it as it gets problematic when 2 frost bows are needed for certain dungeons and only one can be summoned.

Please fix this 4 month old bug. I’m sure a lot of people may have noticed this bug doing the explorable runs in Ascalonian Catacombs because ice bows and fire swords(conjured weapons) are favored for killing the burrows.

For my case of this, it was very noticeable. I was playing my Necromancer using:
Mainhand Dagger with a Superior Sigil of Blood
and an
Offhand Warhorn with a Sigil of Hydromancy.

Whenever I was in ‘combat’ and I picked up an Ice Bow(which was conjured by a elementalist in my party), I would see the animation of the Sigil of Hydromancy activating, and then I would have no bow in my character’s hands, nor would I possess the Ice Bow’s skills.
Just like the Thread Poster’s image, I DID still have the conjured ice attribute and the conjured ice charges status icons.

The Sigil seems to activate whenever I pick up anything that’s not considered loot while in combat.
