My roommate and I are getting disconnected while in WVW and Silverwaste. We have been disconnected after killing either Champion Mordrem Beekeeper / Champion Mordrem Mangler / Champion Mordrem Dark Wing but before all were defeated we are Tagged as defeating one ie can’t enter chamber again until all are defeated for big chest we will go in and the only thing available is the bandit chests not the big chest this started about a month ago the reason it took so long is we were waiting on appointment to have our outside lines tested(they tested great)

Have you put in a support ticket from the Support link at the top of this page?

Although it sounds like something on your end… I know you said that everything is working and looks fine, but in order to test it out try taking your computer somewhere where you can use a different internet connection. If you have the same problem, you can rule out your router/internet connection.
