I sent in a bug ticket, but I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue. As I’m killing the waves of Risen in “Flower of Death”, I’m getting the “This content is temporarily disabled…” message over and over.

I get that it is part of the anti-farming measures, but having it during PS seems broken

I get it when ever I kill a risen grub in both personal story and dungeons.

i get it all the time when i press f2 on my mesmer
just add it to the incredibly long list of bugs

I’ve been getting it too, although the content is actually working. It started after the most recent patch, and here’s an example from Forging the Pact. If you notice the chat window, it’s happening constantly.

you get this message everytime you kill risen grubs, this was intended as a temporary fix and is not a bug.
