I’ve received this upon Level Up due to: Gathering normal nodes (a Portobello Mushroom), upon Heart Completion, and Exploration – As Well As – Group Events and Glorious Chests. So I cannot agree that it’s only with some new loot table, unless we’re to start getting loot upon Leveling Up.
I have only been on my Eng, and yes, there was One Change: Fireforged Trigger: This trait has been moved to the Adept tier. (Now Firearms I)
I have had 2 Level Up’s in between all of these that /did not/ trigger the Error. I began getting the Error upon leveling to 63, and have received it all but 2/8 levels.
I have made no changes to my Traits since the patch, just the additions of my new points into lines not affected – Firearms I was already taken at the time of the Patch.

Maybe what we need beyond screenshots of an Error in our chatlog, are the specifics of what we have, and where we have points placed.
I am not at all discounting the theory of ‘phantom loot tables’ by any means. I also don’t think this is a single issue. I honestly think that BOTH things are happening.
Unless- by some odd twist- they are now going to give us tangible rewards from the ‘phantom loot table’- there seems to be two coinciding issues with the Error.
One, upon looting things in world, like chests, nodes, Glorious Chests from the side of your screen, etc. Producing the Error.
This screams content that isn’t yet released (phantom loot)
Two, upon leveling that something else is happening behind the screen that is changing things that it either A) shouldn’t and is or B ) might give us in the future and isn’t ~yet~ or C) someone seriously broke a line of code.
C) applies to both One and Two, of course, quite equally.
Also- There is no available option in the Bug Report under Support in game to send this kind of Bug. There are ZERO options pertaining to the ‘Level’ or ‘Error Message’ area of the game. I think this seriously needs to be addressed. If there are Bugs involving Leveling Up and Chat Log Errors to be reported, and ZERO options that have even the slightest remote idea of resemblance in the Bug Report Option Drop-Downs… Just /who/ will be reading these reports? They are not related to /any/ yet given topic available.
