yes, and most likely yes.

Nope. It’s not a bug. This game has balance patches every 4 months so devs can test them a lot. This game has no bugs.

Besides, you should read patch notes: “Continuum Split: This ability will now have the correct cooldown when expiring naturally.”

They are everywhere…everywhere a Chronomancer goes, I guess.

Maybe today’s hotfix fixed it; I’ve not yet been on.
