Whenever I use a glyph on druid the skill will be on its cooldown. But after roughly 1 or 2 seconds (it varies per glyph) the cooldown restarts. I have tested this with different trait settings and I am sure of that the traits are not causing this problem. This problem is also encountered when in Celestial avatar form. This bug is best visible on the healing glyph where the cooldown restarts after roughly 2 seconds.
