EDIT: Seems to be every salvage kit that won’t salvage those items i’ve have listed so far.

I’ve got a problem with my Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic. after today’s or yesterday patch it won’t salvage certain basic items, item quality of fine and up, it doesn’t have a problem with.

Basic item
Dagger level 30
Greatsword level 40
Warhorn level 35

did you buy them for karma or honor badges? those cannot be salvaged

you can delete them. or stuff (4x) into mystic forge to get new item that can be sold or salvaged

Some white items cannot be salvaged, like the ones bought from weapons/armorsmith npcs. This has been the case as long as I can remember.

That being said, I have noticed oddities with white items lately, I seemingly got a white greatsword from loot in Orr, which was unsalvagable yesterday. I got a dagger a few days prior in Maelstrom as loot as well.

I’ve never before gotten unsalvagable whites as loot prior to Escape From Lion’s Arch.
