Guild Wars 2

AVG antivirus constantly thinks that the GW2 exe is a virus, and throws it in virus jail without warning. This happens even if I download a fresh copy of it. Sometimes it will go months without doing this, sometimes it does it several times in a month. Could you please shoot AVG an email, work out why their program thinks yours is a virus, and how to prevent it happening in future?

You could try white-listing it in AVG. That worked for me.

I might do that, but this should be something that individual players shouldn’t have to navigate themselves, especially since it’s been going on so long.
