Hi, not to be a bother but, I was gifted the new Marjory’s Shrouded Outfit, only problem is that I already have it.

Is there anyway the friend who sent it to me could be reimbursed? I still have it in the BLT letter that it was sent to me in (see screen).

She doesn’t know yet that I had the outfit and if you can’t help, I will never tell her and let her think the one I am wearing is the one she sent me.

In the past, there wasn’t anything the CS Team could do, but…
