Just crafted a minstrel weapon on my crafter for another character on my account. Went to pull it out of the bank on this other character only to find that is was soul bound to the crafter… is this new, am I missing something. Does ANET now require that all characters have to level all crafting. Or as I hope is this a bug.
ok we can close this …. I placed a sigil in the weapon… so I made is soul bound. its been a long day.
