A mate of mine just tried to level via crafting on one of his alts to see the rewards of leveling on a low level character.

With a booster he went from level 21 to level 26.5, using cooking 0-400.
Without a booster he went from level 26.5 to level 29, using jeweler 0-400.

I thought the leveling from 0-400 was supposed to be 7 levels?

so did i…. at a guess i would say perhaps that 7 levels has been stretched from 1-500 whether that profession has the extra 100 or not. Whether that was an intentional or accidental change though IDK

They front-loaded experience gain for early levels, i.e. it takes less XP to get to 15 now, so more XP to get to 27.

Goatjug is also correct: Jeweler and Chef both give XP as if you can level to rank 500, even though that’s not currently possible. When the game launched, you could max all crafts (to 400) and reach L80; now, if you max all crafts (six to 500, two to 400), you’ll end up a few levels short of 80.

i did cooking, jeweling and huntsman up to 400 and got just 7 levels, maybe less…
especially the last one (huntsman) gave me just like 1 level….
guys, dont level with crafting anymore. waste of money….
