Guild Wars 2

With the expansion of crafting, I swapped from Armorsmith 400, to my previously leveled and complete Weaponsmith 400. When I opened it to begin crafting, it was set to zero (0) however. I started leveling it, again. But then stopped to report this bug.

I have the achievement with this character for having all crafting skills at 400. Would it be possible to fix this? Or is it just a fatal flaw, and I must relevel my Weaponsmith Crafting?

They stated their crafting was reset to zero, not that some level 400 recipes were missing.
Patch notes have nothing to do with bugs.

This same bug happened to me about 5 minutes ago. I’ve filed an in-game report and am wondering how long it took them to restore your skill(s) and recipes? With the crafting economy as it is, there is zero chance I will redo 0-400, and I’m expecting they’d fix it quickly.

I have yet to see this fixed. The Support team simply says “this is a bug and we have no timeframe.” Also, I’ve been back and forth between different agents constantly, with no persistent understanding of the bug. When I’ve been escalated, I’m returned to the “it’s a bug” answer.

This is unacceptable. I’ll spend the time to relevel if I have to, but not the money at current market values.

This has been an issue for 5 months, people are going through the ticket system and getting no where. when will this be resolved?
