Noticed this when crafting. Thought my leatherworking was only lvl 100, but was very surprised to see it was 400 (crafted back when the game released, so i forgot)
This seems to be a bug.
I can tell you that it updated when i hit lvl 401 – anyway, thought you might wanted to know.
